Welcome to CrickAcad. By accessing or using our directory service, website (findcricketacademy.com), or submitting trial inquiries, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Acceptance and Use of Directory
CrickAcad provides a listing and matchmaking search service to compare turf, nets, and coaching packages at local cricket institutions. You agree to use this directory solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to identify and match with local programs. You may not scrape, download, or copy our consolidated databases or proprietary code.
2. Listing Accuracy and Liabilities
We make significant efforts to manually verify every listed delhi cricket academy, including established records, facilities, and fees. However:
CrickAcad acts strictly as an informational search directory. Parents, students, and players are strongly advised to personally visit the facilities, inspect turf/nets conditions, confirm safety protocols, and meet the coaching staff in person before enrolling or paying any monthly tuition fees.
We do not warrant or guarantee that the coaching matches, turf quality, or pricing listed will meet your expectations. CrickAcad is not a party to any contract, payment structure, or injury claim arising between parents and any listed academy.
3. Trial Booking Coordination
Our "Book a Free Trial" tool is designed to submit coordinate details directly to designated academy registrars. The scheduling of sessions, batch availability, and trial coaching remains at the sole discretion of the respective academy head coach. Submission of a request does not guarantee an immediate nets reservation.
4. Intellectual Property
All logo designs, matching engine code, custom Geist/Inter layouts, structured data configurations, and content guides belong to CrickAcad. Registered academy names and trademarks are owned by their respective owners and used solely for identification.
